Your initial consultation will be at least 60 minutes and will last up to 90 minutes.

Each assessment is a $150 consult fee.

Once we meet with you we’ll design a personal coaching experience based on your needs and goals.

Upon booking your initial consultation we’ll send you a link to fill our our intake form.

Payment will be due upon completion of our session.
